TECHNICAL DIRECTOR – ADEMIR WUCHI
Technical Director and professional coach specializing in youth development, with over 20 years of experience in methodology, training design, and talent development.
He designs structured training sessions to strengthen technique, tactical understanding, and character.
Achievements
- 20+ years leading youth development and competitive soccer projects (boys’ and girls’ programs).
- Experience with top-level clubs and academies (including Sporting Cristal, Olimpia de Paraguay, and Universitario).
- Player promotion record: 8 players advanced to Liga 1/Reserve at Club Centro Deportivo Municipal.
- Led technical and select-team processes at S3A Academy FC – New York (coordination of select groups and sanctioned tournaments).

S3A – Community Partnerships
At S3A, we collaborate and partner with local community organizations such as Bergen Beach Youth Organization, the Town of Elmsford, Next Level, Kings Bay Youth Organization, Theodore Youth Community Center, and others that align with our mission to provide structure, organized training, and a clear developmental pathway for players.

Facts
PARTICIPATION AUTHORIZATION AND LIABILITY WAIVER:
The parent/guardian of the Registered participant and player, certifies this player (he/she) enrolled is in excellent health and has no physical, mental or emotional problems which are likely to prevent participation in strenuous physical play of soccer within this clinic. I agree to hold harmless and release from any liability S3A, STRATEGIC SMART SOCCER ACADEMY, Affiliates, their sponsors, their employees, the owners of the gym, parks and associated personnel of these organizations against any claim by or on behalf of the player enrolled, and ALL participating players enrolled and not-enrolled as a result of that player’s participation, should an injury be sustained during such participation.

INSURANCE
I certify that enrollee, and/or participant(s), he/she is covered by medical insurance which will reimburse S3A, STRATEGIC SMART SOCCER ACADEMY for expenses incurred by them, their agents and employees on account of medical procedures ordered at their discretion and also indemnify them from any expenses not reimbursed by such insurance.
*All Parents/Guardian/Caregiver participating in activities, events also are required to certify they are covered by medical insurance and will uphold the above statements. By checking the waiver form box, I acknowledge I have read, understood and agree with the statement.
VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHY
As part of player participation, I give consent for my player to be photographed, videotaped or filmed while participating in clinics, games, or special events and for the resulting images to be used by S3A, STRATEGIC SMART SOCCER ACADEMY for educational and promotional purposes. By checking the waiver form box, I acknowledge I have read, understood and agree with the statement.
REFUND POLICY
Refund will be provided before your 4th training session. We will refund any difference from your payment, minus the full prorated value for session(s),any credit card and service fee(s) and a $35 S3a administrative and processing fee. No refunds will be provided afterwards.
Inorder to be eligible, you must notify S3A if your wish to withdraw your child no less than 48 hours before your 4th training session. For 1/2 promo session offered by S3a, eligible refund will be provided before your 2nd training session S3a, Strategic Smart Soccer also reserve the right to cancel training sessions due low enrollment and will work to accommodate your child with other days/times and/or venue. MAKEUP CLASSES
If your child is sick, please stay home. If your child needs to make up a training session, you must notify S3a office and we will try to make accommodations for your child to attend any other day, and/or location throughout the season, where his/her age group is being offered.
However this is a courtesy and not a mandatory requirement by S3a policy. If it rains or classes must be cancelled due to weather or emergency by administration, S3a will offer makeup sessions at the end of each program(s) season and/or throughout the season S3a will provide options at different locations based on permits, days and times. Any cancellation made by S3A will be notified to you via email or phone text at least 2 hours before your session.

Membership and Cancellation Policy
1. Registration and Payments
1.1 Upon registration, a non-refundable registration fee may apply. The total season payment, including monthly membership dues and training fees, must be completed before participating in sessions or games.
1.2 The Academy reserves the right to refuse membership or access to services if payments are not up to date.
2. Membership Commitment
2.1 By enrolling, the player commits to participating throughout the entire season, including training, league games, and tournaments.
2.2 Membership guarantees participation in scheduled practices and events, subject to availability, age group, and team assignments.
2.3 Members can attend multiple locations for make-up training. Failure to attend does not entitle members to refunds or equal playing time.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Membership Cancellation: In case of unforeseen circumstances (relocation, job loss, family emergency), a written notice must be submitted, and proof may be required.
Before the first day of the season: Full refund, less registration and processing fees.
After the first session but before the second: 50% refund of paid dues, less a $100 cancellation fee.
After the third session: No refunds will be issued.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.
3.2 Withdrawal Due to Injury: If a player sustains an injury preventing participation, a prorated
refund may be considered upon submission of a doctor's note.
3.3 No-Show Policy: Missing training sessions or games does not entitle members to refunds.
