OUR PHILOSOPHY
StartSmart+StartRight=StartPlayingSmartSoccerRight (SPSSR)
"This philosophy focuses on helping participants learn and improve their basic technical and fundamental soccer skills, such as ball control, vision, dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense. Through structured activities, engaging games, and practice sessions carefully planned for each session, we encourage players to think quickly, be creative, work hard, and develop their field vision."

This program serves as an excellent introduction to the beautiful world of soccer. Our goal is to create a positive and engaging environment where your little ones can have fun while learning the basics of the game.
" My First coach and Me" We strongly believe in the importance of parent involvement, and we actively encourage parents to join us during sessions. By participating with your children, you become their first soccer coaches, learning together and supporting their development in this exciting sport.
Our program offers a variety of games and recreational activities with the ball, incorporating colors, numbers, and letters in a strategic way.
This ensures that each session is fun, enjoyable, and stimulating for children. Our aim is to create a dynamic and enjoyable atmosphere, using musical backgrounds and activities to help develop the mental and psychomotor skills of our young soccer players.
Parents and children share a healthy moment of joy and fun taking their first steps in soccer

Welcome to S3A - StartSmart+StartRight! As a soccer coach, I'm excited to introduce you to this program designed for players who have previously participated in our programs or for newcomers interested in joining us. Our main objective is to provide our players with a fun and enjoyable experience while they learn, share, and master fundamental soccer skills.
At S3A, we follow the StartSmart+StartRight=StartPlayingSmartSoccerRight (SPSSR) philosophy, which guides our coaching approach.
We believe in starting our training with players as young as 5 to 7 years old. During this age range, we gradually increase the workloads and difficulty in exercises and circuits. Our focus is on developing the psychomotor skills of children, strengthening their bodies and teaching them how to move efficiently to receive, control, and pass the ball.
By combining fun and training, we create an environment where our young players can progress and develop their skills in a progressive manner. We prioritize the enjoyment of the game while ensuring that our players are constantly challenged and growing.

Welcome to S3A - StartSmart+StartRight! This program is designed for players who have previously participated in our programs or for newcomers who are interested in joining us. Our main goal is to provide our players with a fun and enjoyable experience while they learn, share, and master the fundamental skills of soccer.
For our Grassroots program catering to children aged 8 to 10 years old, we follow the same philosophy. StartSmart+StartRight=StartPlayingSmartSoccerRight (SPSSR) philosophy.
However, we gradually increase the workload and difficulty of exercises based on ongoing evaluations conducted throughout the program.
These evaluations are conducted by our head coach, who meticulously structures and studies a comprehensive workout plan before each session.
Through this systematic approach, we ensure that our players are continually challenged and progressing according to their abilities. This allows them to develop their skills effectively and reach their full potential.

However, we adapt the program to cater to the needs of beginners in this age group.
While they may be new to soccer, our focus remains on gradual progression and skill development.
Our experienced coaches implement a structured training plan that includes a range of exercises and drills designed to challenge and improve each player's abilities. We carefully assess their progress through ongoing evaluations conducted by our dedicated head coach. "Do what is right, not just what comes easy!"
We firmly believe in this principle. Our program is designed for participants who are truly committed to their improvement and have a genuine passion for soccer. It is open to boys and girls who aspire to take their game to the next level.
However, it is essential that all players have a solid foundational understanding of the game and, most importantly, the enthusiasm to learn and train. In this program, they will be exposed to a higher level of training and competition, focusing on the development of their technical, strategic, and tactical skills.
Training sessions will be held 2-3 times per week, depending on the venue. As players progress and gain confidence, they will have the opportunity to participate in weekend games and scrimmages as part of the S3a-Strategic Smart Soccer Developmental League.
